We are now looking for a Quality Assistant for full and permanent employment in our Innovation Center in Chania to be part of our team. This position will assist the Quality Manager in applying best-in-class Quality Management principles around Quality Management System, Information Security Management Systems and Business Continuity Planning standards and others.
    • Job Description:
      • Follow clearly prescribed standard practices to provide general assistance to a group involved in various quality operations, procedures and document control
      • Follow established procedures to maintain and update department files such as data information, quality standards, technical reference files, and related quality documents
      • Review processes, plans and practices for conformance to quality requirements
      • Prepare related materials such as power point presentations, templates and records
      • Refer questionable situations or problems to the Quality Manager
      • May be assigned to review quality activities and associated problems and present findings to the Quality Manager for analyses
    • Key job qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Computer Science/Quality Management, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience
      • Basic knowledge in Computer Science/Quality Management Systems
      • Ability to organize and prioritize with changing requirements
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with others
      • Strong computer skills - proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc
      • Very good English written and oral communication skills
    • Desired qualifications:
      • Understanding of quality development fundamentals such as PDCA concept, SWOT analysis, Gap analysis, etc.
      • Understanding of Human Resources basic fundamentals such as Job Descriptions, Organizational Charts, Training Templates, etc.;
      • Post graduate degree in a quality field
